Business Development Executive and Resilience Expert Dean M. Becker Joins Kelleher Associates as Vice President, Corporate Business Development

2012 -- Dean
M. Becker, President and Co-Founder of Adaptiv Learning Systems, has joined
Kelleher Associates, LLC, as Vice President, Corporate Business Development.
Kelleher is the Philadelphia region’s premier career management and executive
coaching firm.
Becker brings to
Kelleher more than 25 years of experience selling and delivering executive search,
training and executive coaching services to organizations and individuals in
the Delaware Valley and worldwide.
Prior
to assuming leadership of Adaptiv Learning Systems, Becker managed companies in
the human resources and healthcare arenas. In 1988 he founded Preferred Medical
Services, a physician billing and practice management company. Earlier in his
career, he focused on executive search and recruitment for the IT
industry.
Becker
is a recognized expert in the field of individual and organizational
resilience, having directed the development and delivery of Adaptiv’s
research-based resilience assessments, coaching and training programs to more
than 27,000 managers and business leaders worldwide.

Becker
holds an MBA in Medical Group Management from the University of Saint Thomas
and a BA in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College. He serves on the
Board of Directors and on the Executive Committee of the Freedom Valley YMCA.
He is a Supervisor of Perkiomen Township, PA and chairs the Central Perkiomen
Valley Regional Planning Commission.
