HR and Executive Search Executive Ellen Mallin Joins Kelleher Associates, Inc. as Senior Vice President and Principal
Wayne, Pennsylvania – February 1, 2008 – Ellen Mallin, a well-respected business executive with extensive experience in human resources and executive search, has joined the Philadelphia region’s premier career management and executive coaching firm, Kelleher Associates, Inc., as Senior Vice President and Principal.

Most recently, she worked exclusively with Kaplan & Associates (Wynnewood, PA), a well-regarded retained executive search firm. She managed top level executive search engagements and was involved in every aspect of the search and client management process, frequently consulting with Board Members, CEO’s, and other executive level leaders within her clients’ organizations. Mallin began her executive search career as a Vice President with Howard Fischer Associates (Philadelphia, PA) managing complex senior level engagements nationwide.
Before entering the search field, Mallin spent 11 years as a Human Resources executive in the healthcare industry, managing both recruitment and employee relations within local hospital systems. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University. Mallin is the Vice Chairman of the Board of The Supportive Older Women’s Network, and has been a Big Sister with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania for more than 10 years.
