Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Moves Into New Headquarters in Plymouth Meeting

Plymouth Meeting, PA – August 24, 2010 – Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer, which for more than 35 years has worked throughout Eastern Pennsylvania to promote, foster and perpetuate the game of soccer to the region’s youth, recently moved into new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Plymouth Meeting.

Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer is now based at 4070 Butler Pike, Suite 100, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. The telephone number is 610-238-9966. The new Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer headquarters include 2,775 square feet of office space and 885 square feet of storage space (3,660 square feet in total). The previous office in Horsham consisted of 2,885 square feet, and was home to the association for over 20 years.

"As Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer continues to grow the scope of our services and offerings to young players in this region, it becomes vital that our working space grow to accommodate the changes in the organization over the past few years," said Chris Branscome, Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer. "Our new offices include a great central meeting room, offices and work spaces for our staff, and more modern amenities that will enable Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer to better serve our membership."

The agent for Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer in the deal was Frank Tornetta of Tornetta Realty. The leasing agent was Pat Kelly of KOR Commercial Real Estate. The property is owned and managed by The Buccini/Pollin Group (BPG).

"When BPG learned of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer’s requirements, we knew that 4070 Butler Pike would accommodate their office and storage needs," said Sarah Lamb, Director of Marketing for The Buccini/Pollin Group. "Along with being located within 1.5 miles of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and I-476, which would give them the regional access they need, this building fit their needs perfectly."

The move into new offices is just part of the exciting new developments at Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer over the last year, beginning with Branscome’s hiring as CEO, the promotion of Michael Barr to the full-time position of Director of Coaching, and the recent hiring of Danielle Fagan as Assistant Director of Coaching. In the coming weeks, Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer will unveil a new logo and new website, with additional enhancements and new programs to come.
