During her many years in management consulting, she directed change management and organizational transformation engagements for national and global client organizations across a variety of industries. She also worked as human resources consultant for Hay Management Consultants, in the role of Associate Director for a specialized variable compensation practice. Ford began her career with KPMG on the accounting services side as an auditor and CPA.
Ford received her Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with highest honors, and her bachelor of science in Business Administration degree from Penn State University, graduating magna cum laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant with an active license in Pennsylvania.
