College Fanz Sports Network Introduces the Virtual Pressbox -- Real-Time Scores on America’s College Scoreboard

Mt. Laurel, NJ – June 30, 2008 – The College Fanz Sports Network™, the world's largest online college sports community, introduced several significant enhancements today at the 2008 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Convention in Tampa.

The Virtual Pressbox™ is a breakthrough for every Sports Information Director in America. They can post their teams' scores in real time for the world to see. Updates to schedules are easily made in their Virtual Pressbox. Fans get a view into the Virtual Pressbox where game stories are posted.

America’s College Scoreboard™ is a breakthrough for every college sports fan in the world. Scores for every college athletic team competing at NCAA and NAIA levels will be available in real time on America’s College Scoreboard, a new feature that debuts August 1st at CollegeFanz.com.

Both features enhance the robust College Fanz web site, which made its debut in 2007. The College Fanz Sports Network, where students, alumni, and other fans connect to celebrate college sports, boasts over 20,000 individual sports pages -- one for every sport at every school.

"We are thrilled to be CoSIDA's newest corporate partner and we join with them in their goal to promote their teams and their student-athletes to the world," said Bill Rasmussen, the founder of College Fanz. "One of our goals is to make it easy for every Sports Information Director to post their scores in real time from their Virtual Pressbox. This is especially valuable to the schools and sports that receive little, if any, media attention."
