Music, Games & Prizes Highlight Teach Anti-Bullying Night at the Delaware County Fair, Friday, September 13th, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Granite Run Mall

– Teach Anti-Bullying, the
Philadelphia-based national non-profit organization dedicated to working with
educators and parents on the bullying crisis in our nation’s communities, will
be on hand for Anti-Bullying Night
at the 37th Annual Delaware County Fair, Friday, September 13th
from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Granite Run Mall.
The
evening’s festivities are scheduled to include a live music performance by
Philadelphia’s “Divadollz and Co.”,
featuring their anti-bullying songs, and music from DJ Floyd Lee. A raffle to support Teach Anti-Bullying will include a signed LeSean McCoy Philadelphia
Eagles jersey.
The
founder and President of Teach
Anti-Bullying, Claudio V. Cerullo, Ph.D. (one of the nation’s leading
experts on the bullying crisis) will be joined by the organization’s Vice
President, Daniela Desiderio Redpath, and other representatives with
educational materials and information.
Teach Anti-Bullying is a 501 ( C ) ( 3 ) non-profit organization, and was
launched in November 2011 out of growing concern for the issue of bullying both
in the classroom and in the community. Serving children and families who have
been, or are being affected by, bullying, Teach
Anti-Bullying works to raise awareness and support, while encouraging the
collaboration of all stakeholders – children, educators, parents, community
leaders, law enforcement, and local, state and federal legislators – in the
pro-active intervention against bullying as well as the prevention of bullying.
Teach Anti-Bullying’s services include
school assemblies, workshops, conferences and speaking engagements; advocacy;
program development and implementation; policy development and implementation;
victimization support services; bullying in the workplace programs; online
support for children and families; and expert witness for anti-bullying court
