Wilmington, Delaware – October 18, 2010 – Ohana Companies, the innovative leader in rebate and payment processing technologies, has been ranked #3 of the Greater Philadelphia region’s 100 fastest-growing privately held companies by the Entrepreneur’s Forum of Greater Philadelphia in partnership with the Wharton Small Business Development Center and the Philadelphia Business Journal.
“This award is a highlight of a remarkable period of sustained growth by our company, and is an exciting honor for our entire Ohana family,” said Chris Quinlan, Ohana’s founder and Chief Executive Officer. “The award validates the Ohana Companies business model as we continue to innovate in the marketing services and payments space”.
The 22nd annual Philadelphia 100 awards were conferred Wednesday, October 13th at the Annenberg Center at the University of Pennsylvania, and the ceremony was attended by over 550 local business leaders. The networking reception and dinner were hosted by former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Ron Jaworski, who shared leadership lessons with the guests. The Philadelphia 100 program was created in 1998 to honor local entrepreneurs and their contributions to the economy. The winning companies generated over $800 million in revenue last year and employed nearly 5,500 people.
