Senior Human Resources Executive and Attorney Marcia M. Wilf Joins Kelleher Associates, LLC as Senior Partner
Wayne, Pennsylvania – March 3, 2009 – Marcia M. Wilf, a highly regarded and entrepreneurial executive and attorney with experience as an executive coach, a senior human resources executive, and a general counsel has joined Kelleher Associates, LLC, the Philadelphia region’s premier career management and executive coaching firm, as Senior Partner.

In addition to starting her own coaching practice, most recently Wilf was Executive Vice-President and General Counsel of Trinity Capital Advisors, a real estate advisory, brokerage, management, and development firm. Previously she was Vice President, Corporate Administration, Human Resources and Communications for Advanta Corp., a publicly traded financial services company focusing on the small business credit card market, where she managed the Human Resources Department, focusing on Executive Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Staffing, and Management Learning and Organizational Development, as well as the Property Management and Communications departments.
Marci began her career with the Blank Rome, LLP, a leading national law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, and moved to positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of firms leading to her role as Senior Counsel of Kravco Company of King of Prussia, PA, a national real estate developer and retail property management company, and General Counsel of America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, a national retail company.
Wilf received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude, and her law degree from Temple University, graduating cum laude. She is on the Board of Beth Am Israel, a Conservative Synagogue in Penn Valley, PA and a member of the Philadelphia Human Resources Professional Society.
