Taylor has been with Anchor for six years, and was previously the company’s Director of Construction. He is responsible for directly managing the construction of each property under development by Anchor, which currently includes the Capital Health System Replacement Hospital project in Hopewell, New Jersey.

Previously, Taylor spent 20 years managing the construction of commercial office, retail and industrial projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
Among the projects that Taylor has worked on with Anchor are Capital Health System in Hamilton (NJ), Good Shepherd Health & Technology Center (Allentown, PA), and the Hazleton (PA) Health & Wellness Center.
